We all have our scars…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some are shallow and some are deep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some are subtle and some make us weep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some have left everlasting imprints that keep us from breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While other creep into our minds and are fleeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes they bring us sorrow and sometimes they bring us pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But they help us to know that we will get through another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our scars show our story and how we survived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They remind us how strong we were in the midst of a fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So don\u2019t think they are ugly and be ashamed of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wear them with pride for they show the strength you have within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are still standing tall with His mercy and grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have been through a battle and won the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Don\u2019t focus on the scars for they are remnants of the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Focus on the blessings you have, for precious moments don\u2019t last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Use those scars to gain compassion for our fellow man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For we are all broken and need someone to lend a helping hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
