Fear can shape our actions and our words. It can either motivate us or cripple us. “We are not given a spirit of cowardice but rather a spirit of power and love and self control” (2 Timothy 1:7). Choose to face your fears with an open heart and with the courage that He has given you. You are a warrior in this life because He does not give you anything that you cannot handle. He gives the hardest battles to some of His strongest soldiers.
Use fear to motivate you to become a better and stronger person. Fear is a strong human emotion but God is even stronger and He will provide the strength you need to get through it. Be fearless even though life is scary. Staying in your comfort zone is not living and is a waste of the precious gift of time. You may not always succeed, but the mere fact that you accepted the invitation to face your fear is a success. You will grow stronger from it as long as you learn from it. “It is so easy to be afraid of all the darkness in this world. When you bask in his light, the world seems doable and your fear slowly fades” Let fear motivate you to become the person that you were created to be. You were meant to be brave and courageous because you have Him by your side through it all.
